The Yank tells his friends!

Have just hosted a friend from the USA, we got to talking about our ride series Troy (My Friend) is the owner of Over the Edge Sports in Fruita Colorado he is all-so a legend in the US MTB field. He LOVED the idea of these rides, he will go back and tell his friends so who knows we may see some Yanks on the next trip!

We continue to look at ways to make these trips better and are currently looking to improve the food side of our great rides yet again, those of you who have been on the trip know how good the grub is, well I can guarantee it just got better.

What’s Happening in the Office?

Outbike’s parent company, Wayward Bus Touring Company, has recently merged with Adventure Tours Australia, making us part of Australia’s largest adventure tourism company!

This merge is positive for Outbike, with access to a greater pool of resources and committed crew. We are in the stages of relocating our offices into one location, which should make things much smoother in the very near future!

Check out the following websites for more information on what is on offer from Adventure Tours Australia:

Australasian Cycle Tourism Conference

http://www.cycletourism.com.au/Outbike was recently a part of the inaugural Australasian Cycle Tourism Conference, held at the Hilton Adelaide from 20-21 November. The conference was a chance to hear from others with a passion for the development of cycle tourism, whether they be tour operators, event managers, tourism partners and government bodies. The conference was a great chance to network, with many familiar faces and some new ones.

The conference was a great chance to raise awareness of Outbike’s fantastic products amongst the industry. For more information on cycle tourism in Australia, please visit http://www.cycletourism.com.au/
